All passengers must present, at the time of check in, valid ID or passport. Minors must also present ID or passport. In case they come with a companion other than the father / mother, they must demonstrate by means of a certified instrument, the respective travel authorization. The hotel will not accept passengers who cannot prove their identity or that of the minors who accompany them. 

PRIVATE AND CORPORATE RESERVATION POLICY GENERAL 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS: 

• All reservations are paid on arrival, if you want to pay in advance write to reservas@solardelaplaza.com.ar for more details.
• A valid credit card is required to guarantee your reservation.
• Check-in from 13:00 on the day of arrival onwards.
• Check-out until 11:00 on the day of departure.
• No pets allowed.
• All rooms are NON-SMOKING, in case of smoking in the room the hotel will charge the equivalent of 1 night's accommodation as a penalty.
• Parking is free subject to availability with no exceptions.
• All rates include breakfast.
• All rates in Argentine pesos are final, VAT INCLUDED.

POLICY FOR TRAVEL AGENCIES RESERVATIONS. 

• All reservations are prepaid, companies that have a checking account are exempt from this condition.

CANCELLATION POLICY: 

• The total to pay is indicated in your booking confirmation.
• Reservations canceled 72 hours before the check-in date will not pay a penalty.
• In case of cancellation of reservation outside the indicated period, NO SHOW and early departure, the equivalent of 1 night's accommodation will be charged as a penalty.
• Reservations with full or partial payment that are subsequently canceled will be subject to the policies established by the hotel.
• No refunds are made.

• Claims will only be accepted on reservation numbers generated by the hotel and informed by mail.
